Shipping policy

DuraSpares aims to process and ship appliance spare parts, filters, tools, accessories, and homeware products quickly and safely.

Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will usually be processed on the next business day. In general, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, shipping destination, courier service, weekends, public holidays, and unexpected delays. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the location and selected delivery method.

Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. DuraSpares is not responsible for delayed, returned, lost, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available. Delivery delays may happen due to courier issues, weather conditions, customs checks, busy seasons, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the delivery carrier first. You may also email info@duraspares.co.uk and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by DuraSpares.
