Refund policy

DuraSpares wants every customer to shop appliance spare parts with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting info@duraspares.co.uk.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, unfitted, and in their original packaging where possible. Customers must include proof of purchase, order number, and all included accessories. Used, installed, damaged, altered, or incorrectly fitted spare parts may not qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility, model numbers, measurements, and specifications before ordering. This includes vacuum cleaner parts, washing machine parts, fridge freezer parts, tumble dryer belts, oven accessories, filters, hoses, motors, brush heads, tools, and other replacement parts.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about approval. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the issue was caused by DuraSpares.
